eSOFTRA Service Requests

An eSOFTRA version is available for the direct user of the vehicle. Contact of the vehicle user with the fleet manager is simple, thanks to the ability to report service needs directly from the application. User and vehicle data are automatically substituted by the system. The user enters only the necessary data, i.e. description of the notification, mileage of the vehicle and possible comments. You can also attach a photo to your application. The report is stored in the Fleet system authorization file and awaits the response of the fleet manager.
