Partner CFM Service orders

A new service order can be submitted both by the service adviser, fleet manager and directly by the car user. It is possible to enter different types of order depending on the service need. Each type of order is characterized by a separate process of handling in the system, and also displays other data, adapted to the type of order. The new order is automatically saved in the Flota system, thanks to which the automatic flow of information between the notifier and the recipient is maintained. It is possible to enable email / SMS messages with information about a new event.

The service can have a preview of all previous service orders of a given vehicle performed in its workshop. In turn, the fleet manager sees all orders of the vehicles he manages and their current status, while the car user has access to all orders that have been submitted by him. Thanks to this, there is no risk of access to the selected data by the wrong people.
